2 Ensure a Stable Internet Connection: Use a wired connection if possible or sit close to your Wi-Fi router. Test your internet speed beforehand to avoid lag or disconnections.
3 Choose a Neutral Background: Avoid clutter or distracting objects in the background. Use a virtual background or blur effect if needed. Make sure your face is well-lit (natural light works best).
4 Test Your Equipment Beforehand: Check your camera, microphone, and headphones to ensure they work properly. Close unnecessary tabs and apps to avoid distractions or performance issues. Have a backup plan (phone hotspot, extra headphones) in case of tech issues.
5 Maintain Good Eye Contact & Body Language: Look at the camera when speaking, not the screen. Sit up straight and avoid fidgeting. Use natural hand gestures; don’t overdo it.
